FUGGS!

I don't know if any of you have heard of this word, but "FUGGS" is referring to "Fake UGGS." Believe it or not, I have the mother of a little girl to thank for introducing me to this word. Her little girl was being bullied at school because she had on "FUGGS" not real UGGS. Well, this post is for that little girl and all of you out there who don't mind wearing fake anything.

I mean, I am sorry, these look just as good as the real thing and they are more than half the price. I bought these at Target for $39.99. I might have bought the last brown one at my Target, but I know they have lots of options online and they even have them in black which are really cute too.

These boots are going to look so cute with my skinny jeans and cords and poncho for a daytime look and then to bum around in my workout pants when the weather gets really cold. You can't beat a pair of comfortable, (inexpensive :))warm shoes!

Happy "FUGG" shopping! :)

Leather, Sweater and Corduroy Leggings

If you are searching for some great leggings to wear with your Fall sweaters, More Therapy in Chickasaw Oaks has some great options for you!

For under $50, you can have leather, sweater or corduroy leggings. The leather are really cute and great for those of you more daring with your wardrobe. The sweater ones are also really cute and would be great to wear when the weather gets really cold. I, personally, love the corduroy leggings and I would wear these all the time with my UGG boots and sweaters.

Leggings have to be the most comfortable articles of clothing ever and now they are available in all different styles at More Therapy!

J.Crew

While I was looking through the J. Crew catalog last night, I found the cutest crochet lace-front tee for only $59.50. What I love about this tee is that is is so versatile. First of all, it comes in five different colors (white, black, navy, grey and a blush pink) and I think it would look great with cords or dressy black pants. I am always on the hunt for great tees and I think this one would be a great buy!

Poncho vs. Cape

I got together with a couple of good girlfriends of mine the other night and we were talking about ponchos vs. capes. More specifically, what is the difference? After "googling" these two Fall trends, I found the answer. A poncho is a blanket-like garment with a hole cut in the center so that it can be slipped over the wearer's head. A cape is a short sleeveless garment that drapes over the shoulders and fastens at the neck, that may or may not have slits in the front to enable the wearer's arms to come through (think Little Red Riding Hood and her red cape :).

In the pictures above, I have posted a budget friendly poncho and cape. The cape in the first picture came from www.piperlime.com. It is $89.00 and comes in a grey plaid as well. The poncho is also $89.00 and is from Ann Taylor Loft. Both of these trends are great for the cold weather that is finally here!!!

Bangles!!!

Even if you are not into the 70's Bohemian look, these stackable bracelets Amrita Singh are great for your other looks because they can be worn in many different ways. If you look closely or go to http://www.cusp.com/ (one of my favorite websites for just "looking" since their stuff is a bit too expensive for me) you can see that there are many different styles in the stack including some bling! :) I would love to own this stack of bangles for $68.00 and wear them all together for a night on the town or take the bling out for a daytime outfit.

Run to T.J. Maxx

If you are looking for some cute leopard shoes like I was, run to T.J. Maxx. I was just at the one on Park and they had these adorable Kelsi Dagger shoes above for $40.00. I can't wait to wear my leopard loafers with black cigarette capris and a black turtleneck.

Basic Turtlenecks

If you are looking for basic turtlenecks to wear with your new Fall clothes, look no further than Old Navy. I was in the store yesterday and saw a couple of the colors, but if you go online there is a pretty blue color, black, white, caramel (this is their word for the color), grey and this pretty olive green color. Also, if you buy them online today, you can get them for up to 25% off (ONSECRET25 is the code). That makes them less than $14.00!!!!
